Hey, do you mind sending over the fixing and electrical installation manual please? I have couple of doubts before I purchase it.
Hi you would need to email in to email@example.com and make a request for fitting instructions
We have three of these in the kitchen in the home we have just moved into. One of the bulbs has gone but I can't see how to take the shelf off to replace the bulb. Can you help please?
20 Hardwick Park Gardens
Bury St Edmunds
Unfortunately the shelves we stock, the bulbs are none changeable
I bought one of these 10+ years ago and it came with 2 strip bulbs rather than LED bulbs. Can I convert the one I have to an LED one. The strip bulbs keep failing. Thanks
What's the difference between the major and the sirus apart from price
You will not be able to convert this to LED, as it is not a tube system inside the LED versions
On the price and they are from different suppliers, apart from the both shelves are the same.
Where on the shelf is the cable entry point, I would need a left seIde entry if possible
As you look at the shelf the power is on the right hand side
How many years guarantee does the LED lights strips/bulbs have as you've stated the strips/bulbs are unable to be changed?
We give a 3 year guarantee on these lights in which time we will change them over should they fail.
Do these shelves have the option to be illuminated with different coloured LED's? If not is there a coloured light model? Thanks
Unfortunately these lights are only available in the one colour - Natural White
Do you have connection info/ illustrated connection points on light? My electrician needs to know regarding wiring in
I have emailed you the requested tech drawings.
Hi, what IP rating are these shelves please?
Does this work with U.S. outlets?
Unfortunately these lights do not work on the the U.S system.
Does this item cause things on it to heat up ...and can it be turned upside down for the light to be facing downwards ...I am thinking of it for retail products
Hi these is very little heat given off these products with it being LED, it on't heat items up that you place on it. The light comes out of the top and bottom of the Light Shelf
Does the shelf need to be plugged in? Or does it have an independent power supply?
This shelf light needs to be wired into the mains.
What colour is the supplied tube?
The bulb colour is a warm white - 6000k
