An LED Extrusion profile is a type of casing designed to fit around strip lighting. Using an LED aluminium extrusion profile allows the strip lighting to look more ‘finished’ than it would on its own. It can also prevent your LED strip lighting from getting damaged, as it protects from dust and other harmful materials like water, although the casing isn’t fully waterproof. You can get an LED strip aluminium profile which is narrow, to help you install lighting in hard to reach places.
